PRINCIPLE STATEMENT FOR INDONESIA SOVEREIGN BOUNDARIES

 Summary :

This statements are based on United Nation terms "Country and area nomenclature", and United Nation Charter on 1945, which one describing "Principle of Sovereign Equality". Purposing to control over affairs within their borders and are protected against undue interference from the outside. 

Indonesia as archipelago country has so many boundaries point to protect and promoting it's peacekeeping, this statement are specifically purposed to Sintang Regency to describing action plan on cross - border area in this case said as "Ketungau Tengah", "Ketungau Hulu", and "Sui Kelik" as Planed as Border Post on Sintang Regency.

By Using Teritorrial Law Terminology Based on Lex Loci, Classified as :

  • Lex Loci Celebrationis
  • Lex Loci Contractus
  • Lex Loci Delicti Commisi

Using As Legal Aspect on Sovereign Boundaries and besides, Treaty and agreement.

 Aa compliant system, technically Considerating Topografy, Geodesy and Historic (EtnoLinguistic) to be validity system on the Decision to taking action on protecting it's boundaries. As Geography considerans, Cross Border Departement made delimitation on Boundaries theory as Panhandle, Salient, and Boothel, other than that Cross - Border Using Corridor theory.

Historic Aspect on the cross - border Decision appoint to Ibanic history which one as Topography Isolated From Other Countries, and Landscape made like Mountain range as Natural Fort for their area.
