Based on Petru Dumitriu et al. on Joint Inspection Unit coded as JIU/REP/2020/7 titled "Blockchain applications in United Nations System : a state of readiness." As the report on Geneva Convention in 2020, in pursuing on SWOT Analysis Summary as strength, this Summary declared as Compliance System to connected to the World Issue as :

• Consistency data exchange and transparency in data exchange
• Distribution across multiple nodes
• Security of data
• Traceablity data ( Proven by Public Domain Sign)

The report prepared for Geneva Convention has containing six parts and four annexes describing Blockchain as :

1. Introduction
2. Mapping blockchain application in United Nation System
3. A critical Analysis of blockchain promises
4. Risk Management
5. Blockchain in Pursuing as Solution
6. Ways Forwards

And within the report are four annexes :

1. Summary table blockchain application
2. Blockchain application that organization envisages using in the future
3. An Indicative overview of distributed ledger technology solutioms for use cases for key challenges in the 17 SDG's 
4. Overview of Action to be taken by participating organizations on the reccomendations of the Joint Inspection Unit.

The conclusion made are to considerate Bureaucracy's role to made a prepararadness on giving valueable information to it's digital governance embodies restructured as civic technology as :

• G2B = Government to Bussines
• G2G = Government to Government (InterGovernmental such CSO, NGO, INGO)
• G2E = Government to Employee
